Tour of Pittsburgh

I'm learning a whole new appreciation for Pittsburgh in my multicultural class. Yesterday we went to the History Center and then to Klavion's for ice cream. The History Center was fascinating and my group and I spent a good bit of our time playing in the kids' exhibits. I actually had working batteries in my camera this time, so I got some awesome pics, which will be posted at some point...hopefully this week. Klavion's was the most adorable soda fountain shop. We all had waffle cones (sugar's always good!) and the staff even passed around cups of water to wash down all the sweetness....very impressive service! :-) So all in all, a good day, even if I had to go to class later that night.
